Quick tip/ Necrotic pulp treatment

Necrotic pulp treatment: 

1. Canal irrigated with 5.25 % NaOCL for 15 minutes
2. Dry well with paper points  
3. apply a mixture of ciprofloxacin ,metronidazole and minocycline paste as described by Hoshino et al(creamy consistency and spin down the canal with lentulo to depth of 8mm)
4. recall,remove  preparation,irrigate,dry and obturate
